Synopsis: This talk will present some cases of ophthalmic conditions with a systemic disease association or aetiology. The differential diagnoses of these conditions and clinical findings that are suggestive of a systemic disease association or aetiology will be considered. Finally, the optometric and collaborative management in these cases will be reviewed, including which sub-speciality is best to manage the patient's systemic conditions.
