Registering For WAVE 2024... How To Guide

• Then your account already exists here on the WAVE 2024 website. 

• Click on Register Icon
• Select your Registration option
• You will be taken to the Login Page
• Enter your email address used for WAVE 2021, 2022 or 2023as your login
• Enter your password used previously
• If you have forgotten, see below
• You will be returned to continue your Registration & Payment
  
  

• Click on the Forgotten Password link underneath the password box or "Login With Magic Link"
• Check your inbox / junk email for your reset password email or Magic Login Link

• Before you reach the payment screen, there are just a few questions to help us with our conference planning and stats for future improvement of the WAVE Hybrid Conference experience.  Thank you in advance for completing these.

• Option to pay by Credit Card or Invoice. 
• Prices displayed include GST
• Note the Early Bird ends for In Person Delegates 31/12/2023 11.59pm AWST.

• Click on "Register Now" Icon
• Select your Registration Group Optomitrist or Dispenser
• Then select Member, Non Member or Overseas) options available
• Select your Registration Type
• You will be taken to the Login Page
• Complete the New User fields on the right of the page
• Enter your desired password
• You will be asked to enter your Member Number on the next screen
• Non Members, please enter N/A
• You will be returned to continue your Registration & Payment

• Check your inbox and junk inbox for the WAVE Confirmation email with further important event information. 
• If you paid by Credit Card, access to WAVE 2024 Delegate only areas is instant (resources coming soon from our presenters and exhibitors)
• If you paid by Invoice option, please pay by EFT using your full name & member number (if applicable) on your EFT
• Access will be granted and tax receipt sent when payment is reconciled to your WAVE Registration. 
• Please note, Early Bird Invoices need to be paid within 7 days of receipt & the offer will expire on the invoice 7 days after the Early Bird Closing date 31/12/23.
