Talk Description

Dr Jennifer Simonson presents on See to Achieve: Vision is More than Sight
Duration:
30 minutes

Synopsis:  This course will discuss the assessment of binocular vision, accommodation, and oculomotor dysfunctions that affect visual performance, efficiency, comfort, and clarity. The role of visual perception, processing, and integration will also be demonstrated.

Learning Objectives
  1.  Upon completion, participants will be able to recognize the signs and symptoms of accommodative, binocular, and oculomotor deficiencies. 
  2. Upon completion, participants will be able to identify challenges experienced due to perception and processing disorders of the visual system. 
  3. Participants will be able to develop at treatment plan based on clinical diagnoses and patient goals.
