Synopsis: Myopic maculopathy is already one of the leading causes of vision impairment world-wide and is increasing in prevalence.  As a result, it is critical that optometrists are up to date with the latest information on its diagnosis and management.  This talk will detail the latest evidence on techniques for diagnosis and risk profiling (multimodal imaging biomarkers) to assist with management of patients with myopic macular degeneration

Learning Objectives
By the end of this talk, participants will:
1.       Have an increased understanding of the range and classification of myopic maculopathy
2.       Be able to identify the multimodal imaging signs that increase the risk of progression in myopic maculopathy
3.       Gain further knowledge on when to refer patients with myopic maculopathy
